Domestic Shipping Policy

We are located in and ship from Ottawa, ON.

Shipment processing time

With a small team, we are processing orders as soon as we can, but unforeseen delays can occur. All orders will be processed within 5 business days of placement.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you have selected Local Pickup, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Local Delivery

Local deliveries occur on Saturdays, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

Local delivery area:

• Stittsville, Kanata, Bayshore, Westboro

• Nepean, Barrhaven

• ByWard Market, Centretown, Glebe, Old Ottawa South

• Greensboro, Hunt Club Park, Findlay Creek, South Ottawa

• St Laurent, Blackburn Hamlet, Gloucester, Orleans

If you do not see your area/neighbourhood on this list, it is most likely we can deliver there, just send us an email, we’d be more than happy to discuss!

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. 

Pickup location is in the Hunt Club Park area, address will be provided when your order is ready for pickup.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada.
